Appointments canceled less than 12 hours before the scheduled time or missed entirely will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service, and your card on file will be charged the day of the missed appointment. We encourage clients to reschedule early to avoid cancellation fees. Please arrive on time for your appointment, as arriving late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, and the full service fee may still apply.
